The Taco Shop is a brand new, vibrant and family-friendly Mexican restaurant on Bourbon Street in West Edmonton Mall and we are on the lookout for experienced Back of House Shift Managers to elevate our management team to new heights

We have started our hiring and are hopeful to be open by April / May 2024

About Us:
We're a locally owned, vibrant Mexican eatery that is bursting onto the culinary scene in April 2024. The Taco Shop will become the go-to destination for Taco lovers, Tequila enthusiasts, and those who appreciate good times With our commitment to exceptional service, top-notch Margaritas, and a fun-filled atmosphere, we’re crafting a unique dining experience that will keep guests coming back for more.

We are going to use only the finest Mexican ingredients, work with authentic Mexican suppliers, and are looking to bring an upgraded, authentic Mexican experience, that is currently missing in Edmonton.

What We're Looking For:
Experienced Leaders: If you've got 3+ years of proven experience managing teams in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you

Experienced Culinary Professionals: If you have a culinary background and want to expand your cultural food knowledge and learn how to cook authentic Mexican cuisine, we want you on our team

Passionate Individuals: We're seeking individuals who are not just managers but enthusiasts of the culinary arts, especially Mexican cuisine. Your love for great food will resonate with our team and customers alike.

Dynamic Team Players: Lead by example and work seamlessly with both Front of House and Back of House teams. Your ability to synchronize these efforts will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of every shift.

**Salary**: $16.50-$21.00 per hour
