**Job Description**:
We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. In the role of Branch Manager, you will be a key member of our Roofmart Management Team.

Your role will be to manage all aspects of the local retail branch. You will mentor and grow your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team.

You will work closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers. The exciting and challenging goal will be to grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing/Human Resources) and/or
- 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
- Valid driver’s license

Votre rôle sera de gérer tous les aspects d’une succursale locale. Il vous faudra superviser et assister votre équipe en toute temps, en comprenant que la réussite d’un(e) Directeur/Directrice dépend en grande partie de son équipe. Vous travaillerez de près avec l’équipe de vente de Roofmart qui vous fournira un soutien de très haute qualité pour vous aider à créer des liens professionnels de longue durée avec des clients existants et potentiels. Votre objectif ambitieux sera de faire croître votre nouveau commerce et d’augmenter les parts de marché, en proposant des solutions adéquates qui répondront aux besoins des entrepreneures, des propriétaires de maisons et des clients existants et futurs en leur faisant comprendre que nos produits sont bien meilleurs que ceux de nos concurrents.

Qualifications:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou Baccalauréat (Commerce/vente/marketing/ressources humaines) et/ou
- 5 année d’expérience ou plus dans le domaine de la gestion de commerce/entreposage, vente
