Comprendre les besoins des clients, offrir aux clients et aux clients potentiels de BMO des services liés au crédit et aux prêts et effectuer la vente de ceux-ci. Offrir des conseils aux clients au sujet des stratégies liées au crédit et aux prêts ainsi que des produits qui correspondent à leurs objectifs. Effectuer les activités de vente et de service pour le client, conformément aux procédures approuvées. Repérer des occasions et effectuer des indications de clients à d’autres groupes d’exploitation.
- Explorer les besoins des clients pour bien les comprendre et fournir des conseils quant aux stratégies en matière de services bancaires aux particuliers et de cartes de crédit, et ce, dans l’intérêt supérieur du client.
- Gérer toutes les transactions nécessaires pendant les appels avec les clients ou les diriger vers les groupes d’exploitation internes appropriés.
- Transmettre les situations complexes ou non résolues concernant les clients aux directeurs, s’il y a lieu.
- Remplir tous les documents requis afin de veiller à ce que toutes les demandes des clients soient traitées avec exactitude.
- Tenir à jour ses connaissances liées aux secteurs, aux pratiques et aux tendances des services bancaires aux particuliers et des cartes de crédit, et intégrer celles-ci de manière professionnelle dans les entretiens avec les clients.
- Au besoin, effectuer des recherches et des enquêtes sur les demandes de carte de crédit en suivant les processus établis.
- Traiter les appels entrants de manière éclairée, professionnelle et efficiente.
- Se tenir au courant des besoins des consommateurs, des tendances du secteur, des meilleures pratiques et du contexte réglementaire entourant les produits et les services fournis.
- Mentionner les programmes et les promotions de marketing dans les entretiens avec les clients, s’il y a lieu.
- Protéger la confidentialité des renseignements des clients et de la Banque.
- Déceler et signaler toute habitude suspecte pouvant être associée au blanchiment d’argent.
- Respecter les exigences en matière de réglementation et de conformité, notamment les exigences de signalement dans le cadre de la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et le financement des activités terroristes, les exigences de l’Agence de la consommation en matière financière du Canada (ACFC) en ce qui a trait à la protection des consommateurs et les dispositions de la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels.
- Prendre des décisions et formuler des recommandations en ce qui a trait au crédit, conformément à de solides principes d’octroi de crédit et aux politiques et aux procédures de la Banque.
- Utiliser les qualifications autorisées en matière de crédit selon les besoins pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Exécuter des tâches complexes et diversifiées en respectant les règles et les limites établies.
- Analyser les problèmes et déterminer les prochaines étapes; transmettre à l’échelon supérieur au besoin.
- Des tâches et des responsabilités plus larges peuvent être attribuées au besoin.** Qualifications**:

- Généralement d’une à deux années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente avec diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe souhaitable, ou combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d’expérience.
- Connaissance des produits de crédit aux particuliers et de financement à l’habitation.
- Connaissance de la concurrence dans le secteur et des tendances en matière d’offre de produits.
- Connaissance des processus opérationnels et des politiques opérationnelles du Centre contact clientèle.
- Connaissance des outils technologiques, des processus et des mesures du centre d’appels.
- Spécialisation dans les placements à terme (s’il y a lieu).
- Connaissances spécialisées - compétences de base.
- Compétences en communication orale et écrite - bonnes compétences.
- Compétences en organisation - bonnes compétences.
- Compétences pour la collaboration et le travail d’équipe - bonnes compétences.
- Compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes - bonnes compétences.

Ce poste requiert une bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour interagir, soutenir et/ou fournir des services à des clients, employés et/ou partenaires qui ne parlent pas français et qui sont situés au Québec et/ou à l’extérieur du Québec.
