Clearance Centre Canada (a subsidiary of the Leisure Days RV Group), located in Stittsville Ontario, has an immediate opportunity for a Sub-Prime Sales/Finance Manager.

As a Sub-Prime Sales/Finance Manager, you will work side-by-side with our Senior Finance Manager learning the process and skills needed to thrive and exceed in an industry filled with growth and opportunities.

Clearance Centre Canada has access to some of the top lenders in both prime and subprime financing for auto, marine, recreational and powersport vehicles and carries inventory from over 40 dealerships.

Although sales experience is an asset, we are more than willing to train the right individual and give them the secrets, training materials, and systems to be a successful part of our growing dealership.

Compensation:
100% Commission** - **Depending on experience and performance can easily exceed $150K/yr

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive sales finance is preferred
- Proficiency in credit analysis and loan processing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Solid understanding of basic math principles
- Fluent English communication skills
- French communication skills an asset
