- Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, the Head of Enterprise Project Management Office (“ePMO”) plays a critical role in the success of the Bank’s transformation and the execution of the Strategic Plan. She/he is responsible to lead and oversee the successful execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects across the organization and to establish a sound project management governance and proper reporting that will ensure a constant alignment between strategy and execution and promote a culture of continuous improvement and effective value delivery (tracking measurable benefits and value).
- Working closely with all LBC sectors, the incumbent will establish and govern an enterprise projects / initiatives road map that ensure strategic alignment, optimize resource and capital allocation (taking into account portfolio dependencies), maximize efficiency and value creation and prioritize risk management / regulatory requirements. She/he is also responsible for improving coordination between departments and ensures that resources are efficiently managed to boost the success rates for projects.
- In this role, exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of key projects that contribute to the growth and long-term success of the organization. The incumbent will have to pair strategy, business knowledge and risk management with execution excellence to drive sustainable and profitable transformational change.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create the right level of oversight across projects in the ePMO organization and provide a portfolio-level view of all projects and programs.
- Lead the overall success of the corporate projects roadmap: ensure efforts remain aligned with the objectives, priorities and strategies of the organization.
- Oversees the impacts and interdependencies between programs working to ensure initiatives meet the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Participate in appropriate senior level steering committee that ensures the appropriate level of governance on efforts.
- Develop metrics that track key results: monitor cost, schedule, budget, risks and benefits realization (value delivery).
- Ensure key work for areas including change management and communication are in place and regularly reviewed for effectiveness.
- Develop processes that facilitate collaboration and alignment of priorities across the organization and that allows agility and pace into decision-making.
- Provide timely updates on the overall portfolio of projects to the Executive Committee. Elevate decision-making requirements, business risks and roadblocks in time to address them and maintain or adapt the execution course.
- Provide oversight of the governance model; lead the efforts to ensure strong management, adherence and oversight of the established initiative management methodology, and will be responsible for ensuring the organizational adherence and support of this methodology.
- Set up and maintain communities of practice related to project management and project contribution, define optimal ways of working, develop a learning framework that will use across the organization and ensure learning are shared / communicated to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bring a sound knowledge of industry best practices and adapts the project management methodology and framework to the reality of LBC to enable a successful execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10-15 years of progressive professional experience. Advanced education preferred.
- Experience in Project/Program/Portfolio management required.
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) or similar designation is required.
- Strong experience leading diverse teams and be well versed in project and program management techniques and methodologies.
- Demonstrates leadership in managing for high performance, attracting talent and communicating effectively to influence with impact.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing and implementing solutions for ambiguous and unstructured problems.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and industry practices; comprehensive knowledge of technology and its role in solving business problems.
