**Roles & Responsibilities**

The position is primarily responsible for all Marketing and Digital Media for Waterloo Biofilter systems, reporting directly to our Sales Leader. This position plays a key role in accelerating and creating growth opportunities for our Sales team. This position is primarily in-office, located in Guelph, Ontario.

Specific responsibilities include:

- **Marketing**_
- Research new market segments and geographies to pursue across North America.
- Generate lists of target customers in each geography.
- Work with the sales teams to pick what publications and vehicles to advertise in.
- Create content for print ads.
- Create marketing case studies using video and still photography for use as a sales tool for our sales leads.
- Redesign our brochures.
- **Digital Media**_
- Create videos for our online installation “how-to” section.
- Post new content to our website.

**Requirements**:

- Past sales marketing experience in a similar industry and/or past experience in the onsite wastewater industry.
- Ability to work with digital media sites.
- Ability to create and edit videos and photos for digital content use.
- Enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills and the ability to write case studies.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in Microsoft based software (specifically Word and Excel) and video/photo editing software.
- Thrives in a growth-oriented, positive culture that focuses on the customer.
- Post-secondary degree preferred.

- Monday - Friday, full time
- Primarily based out of the head office in Guelph.
