  • Tire Service Excellence: Execute tire service operations on commercial vehicles by Kal Tire's standards, emphasizing precision and efficiency to uphold service quality. 
  • Client and Team Collaboration: Engage closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless maintenance and repair of commercial vehicle equipment, demonstrating a dedication to excellence in all tasks. 
  • Operational Proficiency: Display mastery in operational and technical aspects, including dismounting and mounting tires for various commercial vehicles, and adhering to safety protocols and load requirements. 
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform thorough equipment checks, calibrations, and repairs, showcasing expertise in handling heavy-duty tire servicing equipment and tools to uphold operational efficiency.

Day to Day Responsibilities 
  • Conduct routine tire inspections and maintenance services to ensure proper tire inflation, tread wear, and overall conditions. 
  • Provide on-site fleet service, roadside assistance, and off-site commercial tire services. 
  • Interact with customers professionally, addressing tire-related concerns, providing advice, and recommending appropriate options. 
  • Communicate effectively to explain tire services performed and any additional recommendations for maintenance and repairs. 

Qualifications and Success 
  • Valid Driver’s Licence 
  • Comfortable lifting 50lbs at shoulder height. 
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving attitude. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tire services. 
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
