Food and Beverage Server

Duncan, Canada Corner House Cafe Full time

We are expanding our server team. Looking for reliable server, preferably with some experience and long term. Meal provided on break and tips not shared among co-workers. We do not work stats holidays. Must be available 8am
- 3pm on weekends.

**Please hand in resume (with information about your availability Tuesday through Sunday) in person Tue-Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 PM, Sat & Sun 8:30-3PM (avoid breakfast & lunch rush). Monday and stats holidays we close.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Explain to guests about menu items
- Clean and prepare the dining areas
- Wash dishes by taking turns
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.25-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
