**Application Posting for Applicants Interested Working in the Lower Mainland**

On our projects you may be required to:

- Prepare interior/exterior surfaces by sanding, filling minor imperfections and caulking seams.
- Maintain and clean equipment such as brushes, rollers, airless spray pumps.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and clean appearance (Painters Whites a must)
- Have an extensive understanding of today’s commonly used Paints & Coatings.
- Be able to effectively communciate with crew and subtrades.
- Coordinate with other trades in the work area as needed.
- Supervise, coordinate, and train a crew of various experience levels.
- Travel within the lower mainland
- Work on Construction Sites that require full PPE. (Hard Hat, Gloves, Glasses, Steel Toe Boots)

Red Seal Journeypersons or experienced Journeypersons without a Red Seal are encouraged to mentor and train apprentices

Opportunities for experienced non-ticketed Journeypersons and Apprentices who are looking to get their Red Seal

Safety training an asset but not required to apply, we will train:

- Audiogram
- WHMIS 2015
- Respirator Fit Test
- Fall Protection
- Aerial Lift Elevated Work Platform
- OFA Level 1

**Job Types**: Full Time with opportunities for year-round employment

**Salary**:
Apprentices and Uncertified Painters up to $31.79 per hour + 10% Stat & Holiday Pay
With Red Seal $37.40 per hour + Employer Paid Pension + 10% Stat & Holiday Pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year + (preferred)
- Apprentices: previous experience preferred but not a requirement.

Approximate Start Date:
Work Location: In person

Pay: $28.05-$37.40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
