Superior Glove Works Ltd.is currently seeking an **IT Infrastructure Manager** to work out of its Acton ON location.

**Job/Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the **IT Infrastructure Manager **is responsible for the management of the IT Network and Infrastructure for all facilities of the Company. The position manages the day-to-day operations of the IT Help Desk and Infrastructure Support team.

This individual has excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture as well as cybersecurity and data protection. He/she/they has the passion to solve problems and implement best in class solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing the Infrastructure team’s strategic direction and tactical plans with business cases, objectives and key initiatives.
- Monitor day to day operation of help desk requests, providing guidance to team members when needed.
- Coach the team to resolve customer issues within a timely manner while meeting our SLAs.
- Provide support and resolution of network, telecom, hardware and software issues.
- Lead and manage projects in a planned order using project management tools.
- Pivot to addressing customer request as our top priority.
- Develop the IT disaster recovery plan, including the backup plan.
- Oversee all outages and emergencies, with an eye to maintaining up time during business and production hours.
- Develop and enhance our customer training plan; Office 365, cybersecurity, onboarding.
- Lead the infrastructure team, provide team with KPIs including target expectations.
- Liaise with our business leaders when applicable, to level set expectations for project deliverables.
- Vendor relationship management, and IT related purchases, as well as management.
- Coordinate IT communications for planned and unplanned work, changes, and new features.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position with IT Management or Leadership experience in a multi-location manufacturing or distribution environment.
- 5-10 years’ experience with Network Administration, IT Support, cybersecurity, and other complimentary IT Infrastructure functions.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced understanding of Windows server, VMWare and Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS.
- Technical hands-on knowledge and skills to include supporting Active Directory Infrastructure DNS, DHCP, Windows server installation and configuration
- Experience with Citrix configuration and support, Exchange config, deployment, troubleshooting and admin
- Experience with Cisco Meraki MX and Amp Solutions and Veeam backup system
- Windows desktop support and server administration; Office 365 config, deployment, troubleshooting and administration
- Maintaining, managing, and closing Help Desk tickets within a centralized ticketing system including advanced configuration experience.
- Experience with developing, documenting, and managing backup strategies including BCP and Cybersecurity.
- Ability to motivate and guide all levels of team members.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely organized and detailed with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
