**What You’ll Do**

The MDM Analyst plays a crucial role in Metrie’s data management process. Responsibilities include analyzing and fulfilling master data requests while ensuring strict adherence to Metrie’s master data governance and control policies. As part of this role, MDM Analysts utilize a diverse set of resources and software tools to create, update, and extend master data elements in conjunction with Metrie’s SAP S/4 solution.

**Location**: This role can be based out of any Metrie location with flexibility for hybrid work, a mix of offsite and onsite.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide cross-functional support and guidance for master data operations and project work.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and requirements. Provide solutions that align with Metrie’s master data processes, governance, and control policies.
- Seamless collaboration with project managers, functional stakeholders, business partners, internal customers, and fellow master data team members.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the MDM solution.
- Leverage broad scope of influence to advocate for understanding, adoption, and ownership of master data policies and processes.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder create, update, and flag for deletion requests.
- Complete operational workflows accurately and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct a thorough review of all master data requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with master data governance best practices and policies.
- Leverage resources to ensure non-compliant requests are properly resolved.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to ensure SAP data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all Metrie locations.
- Assist in educating end-users on the cross-functional implications of master data within Metrie’s SAP system.
- Partner on continuous improvement efforts with stakeholders to align on business requirements and enhance master data integrity at Metrie.
- Support business initiatives such as: data migrations, software implementations, user acceptance testing, location expansions/moves, and new product/market introductions, etc.
- Balance multiple tasks with competing priorities so that deliverables are achieved with established timelines.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets.
- Proficient in intermediate Excel functionality such as vlookup/xlookup formulas, pivot tables, if/then statements, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey “the why” in addition to “the how”.
- Excellent collaboration skills. Proven ability to partner and work effectively with cross-functional teams and throughout all levels of the organization.
- Experience in moulding and millwork industry highly desired.

The base pay range for this role is set at CAD $55,000.00 $75,000.00. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location._
