**WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?**
**A Sales Professional at Anstett Jewellers will be asked to provide a 5-star customer sales experience, maintain positive and strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales Professionals are responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and inspiring repeat business. Sales Professionals are results oriented, thrive in a fast paced and sales-oriented team environment, appreciate attention to detail, and enjoy solving problems. Sales Professionals are responsible for client data capture and accuracy and are pos, tech and ecommerce savvy.**
**A Sales Professional is asked to assist in display set up each morning and display breakdown at end of day and help ensure products are stored safely nightly. They are to provide excellent customer service - following up on after sales service and follow the repair process from start to finish. They must work to ensure customer satisfaction and assume other duties as assigned. A Sales Professional must follow all implemented Anstett policies and procedures involving security, repairs, after sales services, and valuation requests. Anstett Jewellers Sales Professionals are asked to share the Anstett history, quality standards and collection information with their customers along with maintaining a clean and polished work environment in the Store.**
**Qualifications for this role include: 2-3 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales and customer service background. A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to close sales keeping customer service priorities and needs paramount. Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A Sales Professional needs to have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect - excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Flexibility to work, days, weekends and holidays.**

**University Degree or Jewellery Certification is preferred.**
