Maintenance and Service Clerk

As a maintenance clerk on Pomerleau's administrative construction team, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and smooth running of the Montreal office.

**What You Will Do**
- Supervise Pom Lounge activities (sorting materials, tidying tables, emptying dishwasher, stocking fridge, pantry, household products, washing bins as needed).
- Assist me with Alfid's building-related problems (pest management, damage, garbage, recycling, compost, building mechanical problems, manage equipment breakdowns, help me plan electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).
- Move furniture, install pictures and frames
- Supervise contractors
- General maintenance of kitchen areas, coffee machine, laundry, etc.
- Clean whiteboards in meeting rooms, wash surfaces
- Replace furniture in meeting rooms, collect dishes
- Supply showers with towels, maintain changing rooms
