**Responsabilités**:
v Organiser et diriger les programmes de formation (y compris le soutien logistique) chez Mecaer.

v Soutenir et modérer les cours dispensés en personne et virtuellement.

v Suivre et gérer les informations sur les cours/programmes et l’achèvement.

v Créer et mettre à jour la documentation de formation.

v Rechercher des conférenciers et des formateurs potentiels.

v Négocier les coûts et les contrats de formation.

v Organiser les salles de formation, la restauration et l’équipement.

v Autres tâches assignées.

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou l’équivalent ;
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais ;
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe ;
- Orienté vers le service à la clientèle avec de solides compétences interpersonnelles ;

**Quality Training Support**

Are you interested in working in an innovative area with great opportunities? Our Quality Assurance team is focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
v Organize and Lead Training Programs (including logístical support) at Mecaer.

v Support and moderate courses delivered both in-person & virtually.

v Track and manage course/program information and completion.

v Create and update training documentation.

v Research potential speakers and trainers.

v Negotiate training costs and contracts.

v Arrange training rooms, catering, and equipment.

v Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma's degree in administration or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills;

Pay: $48,747.00-$58,000.00 per year
