AquaTerra Environmental Ltd. is a client-oriented, cost-effective, multidisciplinary environmental consulting service firm located in Port Moody, BC. We offer a wide variety of environmental consulting services relating to both aquatic and terrestrial environments, including fish and wildlife surveys, habitat assessments, environmental assessments/impact assessments, species-at-risk/sensitive species surveys, and salvages/GIS mapping.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environmental Consultant at AquaTerra Environmental Ltd. The Environmental Consultant will be responsible for conducting fish and wildlife surveys, habitat assessments, environmental assessments/impact assessments, and species-at-risk/sensitive species surveys. They will also be involved in environmental monitoring, erosion and sediment control monitoring and implementation, fish/fish habitat work, and habitat compensation and enhancement design and implementation. Some work can be done remotely while being located in Port Moody, BC.

**Qualifications**:
Report Writing and Environmental Impact Assessment skills

Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting

Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) / Environmental Monitoring Experience

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience with GIS mapping and data analysis

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Registered Professional Biologist,

Electofishing certification or eligibility

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$37.00 per hour
