**Brief Overview**:Métis Nation-Saskatchewan (MN-S) is seeking a strong team player committed to quality service to carry out objectives of the Registry and to provide a range of service as Registration Technician. This full-time position reports to the Director of Registry and is based at the office in Saskatoon. The Registration Technician will work onsite in a secure location within the Métis Nation-Saskatchewan Registry Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of services in card production and citizenship verification.
- Prepare photos and signatures to process standards using Photoshop and other editing software.
- Utilize all aspects of Registry database to perform citizenship checks, generate reports, and update citizenship files as needed.
- Effectively problem solve by referencing, understanding, and following MN-S Registry policies and procedures.
- Print and mail MN-S citizenship cards, renewal cards, youth certificates, and informational packages.
- Ensure the integrity of the registration process by adhering to established policies and standardized processes.
- Ensure that all electronic data and files are properly safeguarded.
- Maintain confidentiality and work with appropriate judgement, discretion, and adherence to policy.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field.
- A minimum 2 years experience in an office environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Experience with Photoshop or other photo editing software.
- Experience using MS Office Suite, Adobe, and basic office equipment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and accurately under pressure with shifting deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capacity to act with tact and discretion and maintain confidentiality of clientele.
- Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently.
- Previous experience working within a database will be considered an asset.

**Additional Information**:

- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license, have access to reliable transportation, and a clean driving abstract.
- Must undergo and produce a clean a Criminal Record Check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$53,779.00 per year
