**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity, efficiency, and a safe working environment.

2. Coordinate printing and distribution of orders from the ERP system to the warehouse floor.

3. Plan and schedule daily and weekly workloads based on order volumes, addressing downtime proactively.

4. Ensure timely picking, packing, shipping, and loading of orders onto trucks.

5. Schedule and book carriers for outbound shipments, including switches, LTL, FTL, and internal transport.

6. Collaborate with receiving lead to schedule and plan inbound shipments for order fulfillment.

7. Perform backup functions for receiving lead as needed.

8. Communicate discrepancies and take corrective action when necessary.

9. Conduct regular audits of outbound orders to maintain shipping accuracy.

10. Train new and agency staff on shipping and receiving procedures.

11. Implement established processes and procedures as directed by company management.

12. Manage inventory levels and order warehouse supplies.

13. Complete daily warehouse inspection reports for equipment and cleanliness.

14. Troubleshoot inventory-related issues in shipping and receiving operations.

15. Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, adhering to health and safety standards and JHSC recommendations.
