**Digital Sales and Marketing Coordinator**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Newcom Media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate campaign ad material, creative assets, performance and sales reports, scheduling/booking of insertion orders across digital campaigns
- Understanding of complicated I/O’s and be familiar with all advertising products and tactics
- Traffic and set up ROS/eNewsletter display, native and video campaigns
- Checking available inventory as needed supporting sales team and customers
- Work with various platforms and tools to provide sales team with insights and recommendations
- Contribute to the overall management of marketing programs with other teams to meet customer expectations
- Follow and analyze trends in digital media to make recommendations based on our best practices and product offerings
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Completed post-secondary education in relevant field with 1-2+ years of demonstrated experience in a digital sales and marketing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of digital media are a must
- Ability to learn and comfortably use digital ad serving and audience platforms - Google Ad Manager, Google Ads & CDP’s
- Full understanding of campaign management across paid social media platforms
- Excellent computer skills including - MS Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Marketing Platform and others
- Knowledge of web analytics to help provide insights
- General knowledge of web development and CMS - HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress etcan asset
- Graphic design ability is an asset
- Excellent organization, time management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Incredible attention to detail and accountability - own it, fix it, learn from it, move on
- Strong initiative and organization skills with the ability to quickly adapt
- Bilingual is an asset - French, English
