**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote collaboration and responsiveness while maintaining a level-headed perspective.
- Act as a primary or supporting point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong knowledge of clients’ businesses.
- Own working relationships with client teams, providing day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and deliverables.
- Support with campaign proposals, strategic plans, and end-of-campaign wrap reports.
- Work with Ad Operations team to align on KPIs. campaign implementation, and testing strategies for cross-channel digital campaigns.
- Support with creation of reports and communication of insights to clients.
- Work as a team Sometimes you’ll be in crunch mode, sometimes it'll be other members of our team. Have each other's back

- Ability to work under pressure and with short timelines.
- Grow existing accounts by cultivating new relationships across multiple lines of business.
- Stay up to date on digital media trends and new opportunities that can be leveraged to enhance new or upcoming campaigns.
- Consider improvements to our project management processes and best practices, maintaining internal efficiency, quality, and timelines.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for high value clients.
- Help deliver customer success, as measured by contract renewals, annual recurring revenue (ARR), account expansion (YoY increase in ARR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of account management and/or media planning experience
- Experience managing programmatic and paid social campaigns
- Experienced with media research platforms (e.g. Nielsen Commspoint, Vividata)
- Experience with presentation software (e.g. Keynote, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Profound attention to detail
- Experience working with Slack
- Experience working in or alongside ad agencies
- In-depth understanding of media concepts, key terms, and tactical investment strategies.

**The Interview Process**:

- Intro Call (15-20 minutes)
- Panel Interview (45 minutes)
- Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)
- Meeting with management
