Capital Chev is looking for an experienced full time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team

You will sell & deliver finance/insurance programs to our customers while maintaining customer-focused relationships to achieve repeat business by regularly exceeding expectations. As Finance Manager, you will provide financial service solutions by accessing customers’ network of lenders/financial institutions.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Meet/excel sales goals by selling extended products
- Maintain knowledge of provincial regulations regarding finance & fair credit reporting act
- Seek out new lender relationships & work with current lenders to secure the best interest rates for our customers
- Maintain a lender guide of programs currently in use & obtain working knowledge of them
- Analyze credit reports, recognize conventional deals, & turn over accordingly

**You Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum 2 years automotive Financial Services Manager experience required
- Experience & relationship with financial institutions/other lenders is an asset
- Ability to understand/calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, & commission etc.
- Incredible attention to detail
- Organized and efficient
