**Travel Consultant/Travel Planner**

- **-**_ _Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- **_Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- _**:

- **_Maintain and update organizational systems, including filing and record-keeping
- _**:

- **_Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- _**:

- **_Provide general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- _**:

- **_Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- _**:

- **_Type and proofread documents as needed
- _**:

- **_Manage and update the Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- _**:

- **_Perform various administrative tasks as assigned_
- **Skills**:_
- **-**_ _Proficient in using phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department

- **_Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- **_Excellent organizational skills to maintain files, records, and office supplies
- _**-**_ _Familiarity with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and providing assistance

- **_Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

- **_Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
