**Sommaire des responsabilités**

Sous la responsabilité du Gestionnaire des services financiers, le titulaire du poste contribue à l’amélioration de la situation financière de l’Hôpital et de l’efficience des services notamment en tant que joueur clé lors du processus budgétaire. Il participe à la planification budgétaire de l’Hôpital, incluant la préparation des prévisions et hypothèses de planification du cycle budgétaire, la préparation des budgets internes et le suivi mensuel des écarts budgétaires.

Le titulaire agit à titre d’expert-conseil auprès des clients afin de mesurer et analyser l’impact des décisions envisagées par le personnel-cadre sur le budget ainsi que sur le prix de revient. Il est également responsable d’assurer la gestion et le maintien des systèmes informatiques financiers. Il est également responsable de livrer les états financiers et le budget pour une des entités liées de l’Hôpital. Il révise les analyses mensuelles effectuées par les techniciens en comptabilité et procède aux analyses de comptes de bilan et de résultats.

Le titulaire est responsable de la préparation des rapports internes et externes destinés à différentes parties prenantes et assure le respect des dates des livrables. Finalement, il participe à différents comités, groupes de travail et projets internes et externes.

**Profil d'exigences**
- Détenir un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finances;
- Détenir un titre comptable ou une maitrise en administration hospitalière (MHA).
- Posséder un minimum de trois (3) années d’expérience à titre d’analyste financier;
- Posséder des habiletés administratives (Suite Microsoft Office) avec des compétences avancées du logiciel Excel;
- Posséder une expérience avec un logiciel comptable ou de gestion de l’information financière.

Maîtriser les deux langues officielles (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit à un niveau intermédiaire
**Atout**
- Posséder une expérience en milieu hospitalier;
- Démontrer des connaissances de la réforme des soins de santé en Ontario et comprendre les différentes sources de financement des hôpitaux ontariens;
- Démontrer des connaissances des règles OHRS et CIHI;
- Démontrer des connaissances des règles de Ontario Case Costing et OCDM;
