**Production Coordinator - Pefferlaw**

We are looking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented, full-time **Production Coordinator **to handle the daily administration of production orders, inventory processes, supply chain transfers, packing slips, and purchase orders at our Pefferlaw, Ontario location.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**
- Creating and processing work orders according to production requirements and stock levels
- Organizing all production-related documents and drawings
- Creating and receiving supply chain transfers, packing slips, and purchase orders
- Maintaining spreadsheets for production and material tracking
- Liaising with other departments to help facilitate production processes
- Reporting any production errors or issues to the Plant Manager
- Performing cycle counts and reporting any discrepancies to the Plant Manager
- Tracking inventory and reviewing adjustments
- Filing appropriate paperwork on a daily basis
- Carrying out safety inspections and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Reliably adhering to a Monday through Friday Schedule: 7am - 4pm, plus
- Overtime as required.

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Computer literacy, e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP Software
- Cogent mathematical abilities
- Experience with manufacturing processes is considered an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
- Capability with carrying-out complex oral and written instructions
- Expertise at communicating successfully with all levels of staff and management
- Adaptability to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
