Preparing wooden surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling cracks and imperfections
- Selecting and mixing the appropriate finish materials based on the desired look and durability
- Loading and operating spray equipment, such as spray guns and pumps
- Adjusting spray nozzles, pressure, and flow rate to achieve the desired coverage and texture
- Monitoring the drying and curing process to ensure proper adhesion and durability
- Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and work area, following safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborating with other team members, such as designers and carpenters, to achieve the desired look and quality of the finished product

To be successful as a wood sprayer, you should have:

- Experience in wood finishing and spray equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and safety data sheets
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Understanding of safety procedures and best practices in handling and storing finish materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
