**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive strategies and plans for engagement with Indigenous communities.
- Organize and manage engagement sessions and workshops tailored to community needs and objectives.
- Facilitate engagement sessions and workshops, ensuring inclusivity and fostering open dialogue.
- Provide expert advice and training on Indigenous engagement practices to enhance organizational understanding and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Indigenous engagement, including strategy development and workshop facilitation.
- Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and community structures.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain respectful relationships.
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with Indigenous communities in a professional capacity.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs related to Indigenous engagement.
- Knowledge of regulatory or public sector environments is an asset.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Indigenous engagement, including strategy development: 5 years (preferred)
