We are a farm to table inspired restaurant in Wyoming, Ontario. Our seasonally crafted menus are sourced from some of the best local farmers, producers and makers. From our eggs, to our micro greens, to our meat, produce, beer, wine, spirits and more, we source as locally as we possibly can, always.
We opened our doors to the public on August 3rd, 2022 and we have been a bustling, little restaurant from that day on We serve lunch daily until 4pm, dinner daily from 5pm until we close. We strongly recommend booking your reservation in advance for all services, as we are often fully booked.
**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and food preparation activities
- Develop and create innovative menu items
- Reduce food waste through menu planning
- Ensure high-quality standards for food handling and presentation
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant setting a bonus
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.19-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
