YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supporting the administration of Salesforce including fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, and security.
- Configuring and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, flows, and processes.
- Extending and maintaining user access controls including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
- Responding to user requests (helpdesk and other) regarding Salesforce, Sales Process, and other technologies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reviewing requests and troubleshooting issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.
- Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to inform and recommend system improvements.
- Ensuring that the data in the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes setting up data validation rules and running data cleaning processes.
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders to provide support and training.
- Documenting system configuration and administrative processes.
- Assisting with special projects, such as data analysis and other duties as required.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Comfortable communicating your work with all team members, distilling complex details into easy-to-understand terms.
- A process-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
- Able to effectively prioritize workload with good resilience for ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and near expert-level understanding of Salesforce Data Model for "Core Objects".
- Proven record of completing tasks and projects on-time.
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
- Technically savvy, capable of troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues and platforms.
- Critical thinker, with a proactive mindset, solid organization, and communication skills.
- Adaptable, capable of managing multiple parallel activities and shifting priorities as the business requires.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

- CS Degree, Business degree, or equivalent training/experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administrator role as well as at least 1 year designing and implementing Consumer Goods Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required, other Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
- Facilitating data management using ETL tools.
- Executing Salesforce customization and automation.
- Experience working within the cannabis or CPG industry is an asset.
