A busy and modern dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager for a permanent full-time position. We are an established dental practice that is committed to excellence in both dentistry and patient care. We are searching for a talented person with solid managerial experience and exceptional communication skills when dealing with patients and staff.
Job duties will include staff onboarding and supervision, maintaining monthly budgets, tracking A/R and A/P statements, running staff meetings, ordering dental supplies, managing marketing and social media efforts, troubleshooting computer/technical issues, helping the dental reception team with maintaining appointment schedules and coordinating patient treatment, and implementing any new systems as the need arises.
Job requirements: A minimum of three years’ experience in dental office management is preferred. Knowledge of Tracker patient management system is an asset. Strong knowledge of insurance benefits and dental processes is required. Must be highly motivated, detail-orientated and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
We offer competitive compensation including health and dental benefits and a bonus system.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
