Milestone Foster Homes is licensed by the Ministry of Children, Community & Social Services. Our team of professional caregivers & staff provides out-of-home treatment foster care and supported living to individuals from newborn through adulthood. Our 110+ homes are located throughout Ontario.

**Job Title : Case Management Administrative Support**

Start date: Immediately

Supervisor: Manager of Foster Care

Job category: Permanent

Position type: Part-time up to 25 hours a week. First 2 weeks in-office then moves to hybrid with in-office days each week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and faxes
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documents
- Format/revise compliance forms
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Maintain contact lists & caseload lists
- Take dictation
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings

**This is a new and evolving position, therefore, the responsibilities listed are likely to evolve.

Qualifications:

- Proven administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
