Join us in a thrilling role as a Marketing Coordinator with a Landscape/Construction focus, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy You'll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and analyzing dynamic marketing campaigns that resonate with our brand and drive our business objectives forward. **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for newsletters, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Help organize and manage company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics; analyze data to recommend improvements.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Maintain databases, manage budgets, and track expenses.
- Other duties as assigned

***Skills and Qualifications**:
**Background**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience Marketing high-end service-based businesses
- Graphic Design experience is considered an asset

**Experience**:

- Strong analytical, technological, communicational, and organizational skills
- Strong marketing and business acumen
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate with other departments
- Experience marketing in different industries and target markets
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
