**The Role**
Equispheres is currently looking to hire several **Post-Production Operators (12 Hour Night or 12 Hour Day Shifts)** as part of our continued growth in 2024.

You will be responsible for the assembly, operation, disassembly, and cleaning of powder classification machinery. Performing a variety of lab tests to ensure strict adherence to internal and customer product specifications. Tracking products through many stages of the post-production process while maintaining excellent record keeping and data integrity. Additionally, you will closely adhere to health and safety, QMS and company rules, policies, and regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- College diploma in mechanical (technician or technologist) is also an asset.
- Basic level computer skills are required.
- Manual assembly skills - must be experienced in using workshop/lab tools.
- Able to follow detailed process instructions and operate classification machinery.
- Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a production environment requiring physical activities.
- Must agree to complete a background check as part of the recruitment process.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
