**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

Treaty Entertainment is currently recruiting Security Personnel for Millbrook location. As a Security Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers, staff and property.

There are positions, on any of the 3 shifts’ alternating schedules, which include working weekends and holidays. **Availability for any shift is essential.**

Current recruitment is for full time back shift and part-time/casual positions. Starting hourly probationary rate - $18.65; after probationary rate - 19.50. Also, a $2 per hour premium on hours worked from midnight
- 8 am.

Full-time employments benefits include group health & dental insurance and Registered Pension Plan.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring the overall security of the location, as well as staff and customers, and ensuring continuous video surveillance of the location.
- Responding to incidents and preparing reports.
- Providing first aid and CPR in case of emergencies.
- Reporting to the Shift Manager on a regular basis regarding ongoing security status.

**EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- At least 6 months to a year experience in a security role would be preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills experience and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written (for writing reports)
- Criminal record check upon hiring

**ABILITIES, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Must be physically fit and able to perform security patrols and other physical tasks.
- Excellent observation and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to work in a team
