**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
As a Coordinator on the Site Assessment, Risk & Remediation team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects progress according to scope, schedule, and budget. With the guidance of the Project Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of contractors and Cambium staff and assists in the development of project plans including identifying the required internal and external resources. This role heavily involves the preparation and writing of reports and other deliverables.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Provides regular project updates to project manager and ensure delays or issues in project delivery are communicated effectively.
- Prepares and distributes project progress and performance reports to the project manager and client.
- Maintains open and effective communication channels within the project team and, if directed by the project manager, with external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to train and develop staff within project work and if required contribute to the training activities.
- Provide assistance on ensuring costs are controlled and within the approved limits.
- Monitor expenditures and financial aspects of the project.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all project records are properly organized and accessible.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project.
- Support the project manager with client relations by ensuring they have up-to-date information on field activities, issues, or changes to plan.
- Ensure that all external parties involved adhere to the terms and conditions of the contracts.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Holds or working toward professional designation (i.e. P.Eng., P.Geo., C.E.T., A.Sc.T., EIT) preferred
- Knowledge of relevant federal and provincial legislation and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Adaptable and demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS, and other project-related software and databases
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
