As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support, managing inventory, handling ticketing, assisting in technology deployment initiatives and assisting our IT Management in various administrative tasks. Whether you're an experienced IT professional or a recent graduate with a passion for technology, we welcome you to apply.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with Inventory control, including procurement, tracking, and maintenance of IT assets
- Assist in technology deployment projects, including equipment setup and configuration
- Conduct site visits to assess IT infrastructure and resolve issues
- Utilizing ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of support requests
- Document and maintain records of IT support activities
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist IT Manager in various tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles or strong educational background in IT
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (both PC & Windows Server)
- Willingness to learn and adapt top new technologies
- Experience with Office 365 and basic IT tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed
