We're currently looking to hire a talented Production Line Technician to join our team and help with our manufacturing endeavours.
**Duties**:
- Operate and maintain production line equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Manufacture chemical batches for personal care and home care products.
- Monitor production line for any issues or malfunctions and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Package finished products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
**Must Have**:
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining production line equipment
- Personal care and home care industry knowledge.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
**Nice to Have**:
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment parts as needed
- Forklift certification is a plus

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
