Pay $40.80 - $44.83 plus overtime and bonuses.

**Job Description**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Perform applicator maintenance, rebuilds, and general robotics maintenance.
- Provide teaching support for Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, and Yaskawa robots, as well as vision and dispensing systems.
- Interact with and support all paint department groups, including Production, Equipment Services, Quality, Equipment Engineering, Environmental, Safety, and EGAC.
- Maintain process optimization for quality, efficiency, and cycle time using PDCA and innovative reasoning.
- Support programming and troubleshooting in multiple automated zones within the department.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of change management experience, including planning and preparation, communication to stakeholders, training, and PDCA.
- 2+ years of robot path programming.
- 2+ years of material film build & SPEC development measurements (including using tools like micrometers, gauges, surface prep, and understanding of adhesion, hardness, and resistance to environmental factors to develop SPECs).
- 2+ years of Fanuc programming experience or equivalent and vision experience.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience with project responsibilities (i.e., organizational skills, make & follow schedule, managing & completion)
- Experience with teaching and programming robotics/machine systems, and continuous conveyor systems
- Experience utilizing Dual Check Safety (DCS), line tracking, boundaries, and schedules
- Experience with Automation equipment set up & control including cycle time management
- Teaching robotics from zero base (start point) to completion
- Experience with process specification control and improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, especially in supporting trials and investigations
- Understanding cell entry requirements and setting up/resetting safety devices (e.g., lockout, axis limits, light curtains, captive keys).
- Experience with automated equipment OR manual process optimization (QCDMS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- FANUC, Motoman/Yaskawa and/or ABB teaching and recovery experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (i.e., Presentations, Excel statements/formulas)
- Offline teaching experience with FANUC Paint pro

**Job Related Must Haves**:

- Willing to cancel pre-booked vacation
- Willing and able to travel internationally or in North America by possessing a Canadian passport or B1 Visa
- Willing and able to travel within North America by possessing a Canadian passport or B1 Visa
- Must have a valid G/G2 Driver's License
- Willing and able to work mandatory rotating shifts
- Willing and able to work weekends and or overtime sometimes on short notice
