Job Overview:

  • Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective components, test, and make adjustments to production equipment.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
  • Use programmable logic control systems (PLCs) to program and troubleshoot automated equipment.
  • Read electrical and engineering blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Have working knowledge, understanding, and troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical operations, fire protection systems, emergency generators, and HVAC.
  • Experience with electrical power distribution.
  • Use various hand and power tools.
  • Be flexible for work assignments.
  • Be skilled at effective communication with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Capable of performing heavy lifting and working at heights.
  • Install EMT and rigid conduit, transformers, distribution panels, etc.

What You Need:

  • An industrial (442A) and/or construction maintenance (309A) electrician license is a must. Applicants with prior work experience as an electrical apprentice will be considered.
  • A diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics field and/or 2-3+ years related experience would be an asset.

Work Environment:

Shifts Available:

  • Bi-weekly Rotating Shifts

Saturday and Sunday – (11:00 AM to 11:30 PM)
