Moller Insurance has been serving our clients since 1979 and is now looking to hire insurance brokers to join our growing team. We are currently looking for motivated individuals who find fulfillment in helping clients manage their policies and assisting them secure coverage which meets their needs. **Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients
- Qualifying and writing up policies for prospective clients
- Reviewing and processing of renewals, endorsements, certificates etc.
- Ability to learn and use company portals
- Possessing strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
- Maintaining a positive attitude and an eagerness to take on new opportunities

**Qualifications Required**

While we are looking for individuals who are already RIBO licenced, having a specific number of years of prior industry-related experience, is not a prerequisite. Moller Insurance values education and continuous learning. We are always looking for ways to support our staff with internal and external opportunities for development and strive to help each of our brokers become confident and competent. In short, having a willingness to learn, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are of much greater importance than the number of years behind you.
