We are currently seeking part time Ontario-based Registered Psychotherapists to provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and/or family therapy.

Open Door Therapist is a virtual clinic providing mental health therapy to individuals in Ontario. We provide therapy for a variety of issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-esteem, emotion regulation, and life transitions. Working at Open Door Therapist allows therapists to do what they love most - therapy While helping therapists build their caseloads and enjoy the perks of a group therapy practice, such as systems and processes in place, and support and collaboration in a team environment, we take care of the marketing and admin behind-the-scenes work.

**Our Vision**

We help people improve their emotional and mental wellbeing, heal from their pasts, and live more fully in the present. We believe in a holistic approach to therapy that integrates the mind, body, and emotions to allow for true transformation and heal wounds at their core. We use a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, are trauma-informed, and our focus is EMDR, together with other evidence-based approaches that promote psychological healing.

There are many different shifts available: weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Must have a Masters degree and registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers;
- Experience working with individuals, couples, children/adolescents, and/or families;
- Training and experience in EMDR therapy or an interest in pursuing training in EMDR;
- Specialization in one or more treatment modalities including: EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, or other evidence-based therapy;
- Interest and passion in trauma-informed therapy;
- Clinical competence to provide structured psychotherapy in the areas of trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, emotional regulation, and/or addictions;
- Available for a minimum of 15 client hours per week, with some evening or weekend availability;
- Has a private, secure work environment with high speed, reliable internet connection.

Pay: $75.00-$90.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
