Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Sell product by implementing sales plans; supervising and coaching sales staff.
**Sales Manager Job Duties**:
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans; analyzing trends and results with upper management.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for product mix; projecting expected sales volume and profit for new and used product.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by implementing marketing strategies including keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
- Monitoring sales department costs against budget.
- Scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintaining sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintaining sales staff results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending dealer shows; reviewing pricing and product specifications; establishing rapport with suppliers.
- Contributes to team effort by building an emotional bank with staff.

**Compensation package**:
- Competitive base salary with bonus based on store net income

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
