Assistant grower in a 12 + acre family owned greenhouse operation
- monitor E.C. and ph of soil during crop cycles
- monitor/control crop quality and provide feedback to relevant co workers for required crop maintenance processes
- monitor greenhouse environment based on particular crops
- maintain crop records as well as spray records

**Qualifications**
- **horticulture diploma or horticultural degree**:

- **3+ years experience preferred**:

- **previous greenhouse experience preferred**:

- **self directed individual, organized and micro manager**:

- **able to time manage oneself**:

- **willing to work longer hours in peak season(s)**:

- **communicate well with the Head grower**:

- **communicate well with other departments, keeping them updated on progress/issues**:

- **able to multi task**:

- **able to personally handle pressure/stress**
