As a Home Stager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appeal of our listed properties. You will work closely with our real estate agents to create inviting and attractive environments that highlight the best features of each home. Your expertise in staging will help potential buyers envision themselves living in the space, ultimately leading to quicker sales and higher satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with real estate agents to understand property requirements and client preferences.
- Develop and execute staging plans to enhance property appeal.
- Select and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create visually appealing environments.
- Manage staging logistics, including delivery, setup, and removal.
- Conduct property walk-throughs to assess staging needs and provide recommendations.
- Assist in creating marketing packages, feature sheets, and social media content.
- Maintain inventory of staging items and manage budget constraints.
- Organizing staging storage unit

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating staging and design skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and staging setup.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
