**Responsibilities**:
Below are the main job requirements and responsibilities for the Specialist, Recruitment Sourcing:
**Job Responsibilities (continued)**:

- Conducts exit and stay interviews with employee to capture employee’s experiences. Provides suggestions and recommendations to team leaders based on feedback in order to ensure continuous improvement to New Hire experience. (Field only)
- Works with Manager, Corporate and Executive Recruitment in administering the temporary resource hiring nationally including quarterly reporting and compliance. (HO Only)
- Maintains up-to-date workforce market intelligence based on current economic climate, demographic shifts, and changes in government policies etc. that can affect CPC’s ability to hire and retain employees. Aligns CPC’s future demands with available supply in order to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in a related field
- A Professional Designation such as Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) will be considered an asset

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in a sourcing role (utilizing online sourcing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google).Experience initiating passive sourcing initiatives based on a talent profile- Experience working as part of a cohesive team in order to meet the expectations of the client and the business objectives.
- Recruitment agency or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable laws and regulations, legislative issues and industry trends relating to recruitment

**Other Information**:
This is a term opportunity of 6 months with the possibility of extension or permanency.

**Hybrid Workplace**
Your Official Work Location for this position at Canada Post is 4567 DIXIE RD, MISSISSAUGA ON L4W 1T0. Based on Canada Post's Hybrid Workplace Practice, and the current physical and client/stakeholder-facing requirements of your role, there may be opportunity for you to perform your work from an Alternate Work Location (such as your home). Please note that although you may have the flexibility to work remotely, your team leader may require you to come to your Official Work Location for specific situations including, but not limited to, internet/network connectivity issues, team building, onboarding new employees, technical training, negotiations, labour disruption, project go-live, productivity/performance. You will be responsible to bear all costs related to travelling between your Alternate Work Location and your Official Work Location.
