Heidelberg Materials is seeking a **Quality Process Control (QPC) Supervisor.** Reporting to the Area Manager, Northern Saskatchewan Materials, this position provides technical oversight and leadership for ongoing field/pit support in all aspects of the Aggregates Production, QPC programs, and corporate initiatives.

**What You'll Get To Do**
- Supervise production, working directly with site personnel and the Production Superintendent
- Proactively manage safety and health to continuously improve performance
- Evaluate production capabilities and recommend process improvement/changes to ensure product yields are maximized while maintaining strict quality standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, processes and controls
- Gather, analyze, and report quality control data
- Participate and provide input to inventory management and the balancing of production with on hand inventory/forecasting product demand
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measurement including implementation of Group guidelines (CCA), completion of required training and monitoring compliance with internal programs
- Provide ongoing technical support to both internal and external customers
- Assist in exploration, mine planning and reclamation for Northern SK aggregate locations

**Essential Experience and Skills**
- Grade 12 Minimum, Post-Secondary education preferred.
- 2-3 years directly-related aggregate production or quality control experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- GIS experience
- Experience in exploration, reserve evaluation, aggregate processing, material testing and quality control techniques
- Demonstrated safety leadership

**Work Environment**
- Role operates in a manufacturing environment both inside and outside with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, elevated noise levels, and dusty conditions
