**Calling all Jack/Jill’s Of All Trades** ICR is looking for an Exterior Maintenance Supervisor. This position is a key player within the Maintenance Department. The Exterior Maintenance Supervisor manages and leads a team to ensure that our customer service meets our clients’ needs, as well as the timelines and quality control set in place by the Maintenance Department. The supervisor will have a strong understanding of irrigation systems, and chemicals and processes used for weeding and landscaping.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
Ø Delegate and supervise the day-to-day responsibilities for the exterior maintenance of properties.

Ø Proactively monitor and report on progress towards the completion of work orders.

Ø Ensure team members have individual performance plans and goals.

Ø Monitor team performance and conduct regular checks and inspections.

Ø Manage the training and development of team members.

Ø Proactively build and maintain a customer-focused working environment, with clear responsibilities and expectations from team members.

Ø Ensure that reporting deadlines are met, and documentation is completed electronically.

Ø Prepare and upkeep of all equipment for the season. Purchase equipment upon approval from the Director of Maintenance.

Ø Maintain an inventory of required materials and equipment.

Ø Document weekly toolbox talks to analyze schedules, review progress, and take proactive steps to get back on track when needed.

Ø Procure and ready stock for irrigation start up, book compressor for fall blowouts, and document irrigation blowouts.

Ø Regularly review work processes for areas of improvement
