Description du poste

Le Développement Lead travaille aux côtés de gestionnaires, de développeurs et d’architectes logiciels afin de façonner et de mettre en œuvre la vision technologique et humaine de l'équipe qui fera avancer les livraisons d'OpenBet axées sur le client.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Qualité de la mise en œuvre et du déploiement des travaux de développement.
- Planification, mise en œuvre et évolution des processus techniques et retour d'informations à l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
- Adhésion aux bonnes pratiques de développement, notamment autour des standards CI/CD et de la qualité du développement logicielle.
- Gestion hiérarchique d'une petite et moyenne équipe de développement.
- Liaison avec les principales parties prenantes et alignement avec les cadres supérieurs de l'organisation, des équipes produit aux opérations et à l'architecture.
- Prendre l'initiative de façonner les pratiques et les processus d'ingénierie logicielle sur les projets en utilisant sur la méthodologie Agile.
- Motiver et diriger l'équipe avec un leadership technique et une vision.
- S'assurer que chaque livrable a des SLA convenus, qui sont à la fois démontrables et contrôlés par rapport aux KPI définis.
