**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

As the treatment program Manager, you will:

- Collaborate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure efficient and effective functioning across the WMTS portfolio
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management for staff
- Engage in human resource process such as recruitment, interviewing, and initial orientation
- Work with the program Clinical Lead to advance excellence in evidence-based treatment practices and ensure trauma-informed care
- Develop program content, and engage in evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities
- Oversee case management functions
- Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and integrity of client files, identify data quality issues and contribute to Ministry reporting
- Monitor adherence to agency and program policies
- Ensure health and safety standards are met to support safe operation of the facility
- Provide input and monitor adherence to program budget
- Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships, ensuring effective care coordination
- Collaborate across the Addictions and Mental Health leadership team to ensure broader departmental functioning

Start date: As soon as possible. Contract to late January 2025.

**Salary**: $64,565 annually plus benefits

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- College diploma in Human/Social Services, with a university degree in relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field
- Current registration in good standing with a professional governing body such as OCSWSSW or CRPO
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with addiction treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, and MI
- Understanding of concurrent disorders and social determinants of health
- Ability to navigate complex community partnerships
- Effective conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage occasional exposure to direct and vicarious trauma
- Proficient in MS Office and be familiar with client service databases (experience with EMHware an asset)
- Access to reliable transportation
