**Role Overview**

As a Business Development Representative at BoomerangFX, you will be an integral part of our sales team, driving growth and revenue through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**
- **Good Communication**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of BoomerangFX's event solutions.
- **Ability to Cold Call**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our event solutions and generating interest in our services. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to create opportunities for further engagement.
- **Selling Tickets for Events**: Execute strategies to sell event tickets over the phone, leveraging your sales skills to meet and exceed ticket sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the ticket purchasing experience and build customer loyalty.
- **Booking Demos**: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the sales team, showcasing the features and benefits of BoomerangFX's solutions to potential clients. Follow up with leads to confirm demo appointments and ensure a seamless booking process.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and overcoming objections to generate leads and drive sales opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving goals and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of the events industry and ticket sales processes is a plus.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
