Il s’agit d’un rôle clé dans la fourniture de plans de services essentiels à nos clients et à leurs sites, en agissant à régler divers défauts techniques. Et à effectuer la maintenance planifiée de nos produits.

**L’opportunité**

Relevant du gestionnaire de service, dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie d’une équipe nationale d’ingénieurs de service sur le terrain, fournissant un service rapide et efficace pour résoudre les problèmes des clients à mesure qu’ils surviennent.

Dans ce rôle, il est question d’identifier les défauts, de réparer, tester et modifier les actionneurs en chantier. D’effectuer des installations mécaniques et électriques d’actionneurs de vannes et de leur montage, tel des extensions de tige ou arbres d’entrainement.

Un rapport de visite précis et technique sera requis pour chaque travail.

Ce rôle conviendrait à un travailleur débrouillard et déterminé. Quelqu’un de fiable, prêt à voyager localement avec nuitée incluse, au besoin.

**Exigences en matière d’expérience**:
Expérience de travail avec des vannes, des actionneurs et des systèmes de contrôle numérique. Expérience en mécanique, hydraulique et électrique/électromécanique.

Connaissances techniques en génie électrique et mécanique.

Est capable de voyager entre 50-75%.

Travail en hauteur ou en espace clos, au besoin.

Peut couvrir 24 heures sur 24 de réponse sur appel de temps en temps.

Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 (min) et posséder un bon dossier de conduite.

Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en service à la clientèle.

Bilingue, à l’aise à travailler en français autant qu’en anglais.
