Now, we're searching for a seasoned professional to join us as an Experienced Spray Stain, Lacquer, and Prep Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Experienced Spray Stain, Lacquer, and Prep Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our production process. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Skillfully prepping MDF, veneers, and various species of solid wood to perfection for priming and staining
- Expertly operating tools such as random orbital sanders, routers, and a variety of precision hand tools
- Upholding an unwavering attention to detail to achieve flawless finishes that exceed expectations
- Excelling in tasks that require prolonged standing, ensuring precision and consistency throughout
- Effortlessly handling objects weighing 50 to 75 lbs, ensuring a safe and productive workspace
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and consistently delivering under pressure
- Willingness to support cabinet deliveries when required
- Demonstrating pride in your meticulous work and maintaining an persistent commitment to excellence

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

- A distinguished eye for detail and a track record of delivering impeccable quality
- Proven expertise in spray staining techniques, showcasing your ability to enhance wood's innate beauty
- Proficiency in handling random orbital sanders, routers, and other intricate hand tools
- The physical capacity to stand for extended periods and manage moderate lifting
- A proven aptitude for excelling in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- A collaborative spirit and readiness to assist with cabinet deliveries

**Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour
